Machine Engineer – Job Opening
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant academic projects/internships can apply)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office / On-site at Plant/Workshop)
Location: Bengaluru
Key Skills

Good understanding of machine operations, tools, and production processes.

Basic knowledge of CAM/CAD/Solid Works(training will be provided).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar software (added advantage).
Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain machines to ensure smooth functioning.

Assist in installation, setup, and testing of machinery.

Work with the production team to achieve daily output and quality standards.

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.

Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Maintain accurate logs of machine performance and production activities.

CNC Operator – Fresher Opening 
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Any relevant technical field
Job Type: Full-time (On-site / Workshop-based)
Location: Bengaluru
Skills Required
Basic understanding of CNC machines (Turning/Milling/Grinding).
Ability to read simple engineering drawings (training will be provided).
Willingness to learn machine programming, setup, and operations.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines under the guidance of senior operators.
Assist in machine setup, tool changes, and loading/unloading of components.
Perform measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check product accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area.
Follow safety standards and report issues to supervisors.
Learn to record production data and maintain logs.
